THE PARADIGM OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

This is the third annual conference on WOMEN IN SCIENCE, organized by the Team for Best Practices. We would like to invite scientists and representatives from various organisations in order to discuss and share the information about women’s work, career development and how these factors contributes to the process of sustainable development, from the perspective of social responsibility. This conference aims to prove that there is need of discussion about the perspectives and opportunities in the area of research and development to their performance on gender equality, and to find ways of ensuring a work-life balance by developing and implementing family-friendly policies amicably to the natural environment, and strengthen the dialogue between research institutions, universities and social partners.
The subject of this conference has been limited to the context of paradigm of social responsibility and the sustainable development policy, inviting researchers from different disciplines. The main goal of the conference is to stimulate discussions on the role of women in science contributing to viable solutions for human wellbeing.
Abstracts are invited for 15-minute presentations. We accept all paper types, including conceptual papers, research papers and case studies. Abstracts in English should be submitted by April the 15th 2016.
They should not exceed 500 words, and be structured to cover the following parts: purpose, design/methodology/approach, f indings, implications (practical/ research/ theoretical), originality/value. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent by 22 APRIL 2016.
