Senior Lecturer £38,511 rising annually to £47,328

The Department of Business and Management is a key part of the Faculty of Business and has grown considerably in recent years. The expansion of the Department is intended to consolidate and enhance its research standing both nationally and internationally.
The successful candidate will join the Department of Business and Management and will contribute to research informed learning and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We are looking for candidates offering a specialism in equality and diversity in the labour market and/or the workplace to make a significant contribution to the research programme of the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice. The Centre brings together academic and practitioner expertise to undertake policy related research and develop best practice in the area of equality and diversity in the workplace. It has carried out a sustained programme of externally funded research focusing on gender, age diversity and work-life balance. Applications from candidates with expertise in these areas or other areas of equality and diversity are welcome.
The successful candidate will also be able to teach effectively on a range of academic and professional programmes.
