The Nature Awards for Inspiring Women in Science celebrate and support the achievements of women in science, and all those who work to encourage girls and young women to engage with STEM subjects and stay in STEM careers around the world.
There are two categories: Scientific Achievement, which celebrates and supports talented researchers; and Science Outreach, which promotes initiatives advancing women and girls in STEM. A winner in each category will receive $50,000 prize along with coverage on nature.com. Two Runners-Up will also get $5,000 each.
Application can be submitted online. Deadline is 8th of April 2026.
