Call for Participation: Pitch your Ideas to the Renewable Energy Community

GRECO, named after the famous painter of the Spanish Renaissance, is the acronym of the H2020 project “Fostering a Next GeneRation of European Photovoltaic SoCiety through Open Science“, coordinated by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid – Solar Energy Institute.

GRECO has gathered insights from 50 research teams on how citizens could help them to speed up renewably energy investigations.

Now the challenge is to develop a proposal  (2 pages) for the best way of getting citizens to connect with researchers.

A call for participation is open, with registration deadline May 15th. The open contest will be on line (Hackaton like) from 17 to 24 May.

You don’t have to be an expert in solar energy. All you need is a creative mind and a good plan. Let your imagination fly: Your proposal could be a game, a contest, a show. It could be a home-made device to record something, an app or pics…

The best proposal will be awarded a prize of up to 1.700 Euros in travel vouchers.
