We seek an early career scientist with an internationally recognized track record in a research field in analysis, who is open for interdisciplinary work in collaboration with colleagues from the natural or engineering sciences. The research focus should lie preferably in the following areas: dynamics of complex systems (nonlinear, high-dimensional or stochastic), harmonic analysis or variational methods. In addition to research, the tasks comprise teaching in the degree programs of mathematics, and a proper contribution to the mathematical training of undergraduate students of the university’s curricula in science, engineering, and economics. We also expect contributions to the acquisition of third-party funding.
