Bundeskonferenz der Frauenbeauftragten und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten an Hochschulen (BuKoF)

Founded in 1989, BuKoF is the association of all gender equality officers in higher education. In this framework, members cooperate, exchange experiences and develop policy strategies concerning gender equality in all types of higher education institutions. The focus is on programmes and strategies to increase female representation among students, professors and other faculty positions.
