Junior Group Leader in Synthetic Biology

The Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) is currently seeking a Junior Group Leader in the area of synthetic biology. We look for Junior applicants to start an independent Research Group at CRAG. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to: the development of practical tool kits to predictably manipulate gene expression in Arabidopsis thaliana and/or economically relevant crops; the use of high-throughput network analyses and computational modeling to improve the efficiency of metabolic pathways or to generate relevant bioproducts; and the modeling and rewiring of plant gene networks to enhance plant growth, development and resilience to biotic and abiotic stressful conditions.
