The conference will offer international experts the opportunity to present concepts, studies, and best practice examples, and discuss the different aspects of gender and diversity in technology, science and business.

In particular, it will focus on instruments of a gender and diversity-oriented human resources development, as well as on the institutionalization of gender and diversity management and the accompanying processes of organizational development and cultural change.

“Going Diverse 2009” will take place at RWTH Aachen University on 29-30 October 2009.
It is hosted by the technical universities of the IDEA League – Imperial College London, TU Delft, ETH Zurich and RWTH Aachen University.
It is a part of the EU-funded project TANDeMplusIDEA.
