First Call – Doctoral training programme in Functional Advanced Materials

DOC-FAM is a 5-years excellence Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND “DOCtoral training programme in Functional Advanced Materials” presented by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and coordinated through the Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC) in collaboration with several partner research Institutions from the area, four of them contributing to the co-funding of the programme:

– Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM-CSIC);
– Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2);
– Catalonia Institute for Energy Research (IREC) and
– ALBA-CELLS Synchrotron (CELLS)

DOC-FAM will establish two calls throughout the programme for the recruitment of a total of 22 excellent and prospective Marie Skłodowska-Curie Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) with the aim of providing the next-generation of skilled scientists in the bourgeoning field of functional advanced materials. In the first Call, which opened 1st October 2017 and with deadline 30th November 2017, a total of 11 fellowships are offered: ICMAB-CSIC (5), ALBA-CELLS (3), IREC (2) and CNM-IMB-CSIC (1).
